Annotation:

The course "Analytical Geometry" was divided into three parts. The first part of the course aims to familiarize with the coordinate method itself, the geometric interpretation of equations and ways to solve basic problems with respect to images of the 1st order; lines and surfaces of the 2nd order are given by their canonical equations. The second part contains a study of the general equation of the second degree on the plane and in space. It aims to give a more complete development of the basic idea of analytical geometry about the equivalence of an analytical image of any geometric image to the assignment of a set of its geometric properties; the study of quadratic forms, associated here with their visual geometric interpretation, can serve at the same time as an elementary preparation for the study of tensor analysis. And the third part will cover the simplest transformations of a variety and their invariants, the method of abbreviated notation, the principle of duality and generalization of coordinates.
