Annotation:

The creation of a special series of publications of literary monuments is one of the most urgent prerequisites for the successful teaching of literature at special faculties of universities and pedagogical colleges. The appendix to the sections of the course provides brief reviews of the history of art in Russia – architecture, painting and sculpture, music. They are given not as educational material, but as reference information, mainly to show the relationship between the art of words and other arts.
