Annotation:

The subject of this book is some special questions related to the problem of momentоv. The book is divided into separate articles, there is a close connection between them and they are arranged in a well-known logical sequence. The main article (L-the problem of momentov) has as its starting point some ideas and problems put forward by the late academician A.A.Markov. The following three articles interpret in the light of functional analysis some of the issues resolved or raised in the first article. The following two articles are devoted to various applications of one class of functions, which plays a major role in the problem of momentov.
