The book contains everything from classical number theory and new research that is carried out using a purely arithmetic method, that is, without introducing the concepts of analysis, geometry, irrational and complex numbers. Irrational numbers appear only where they are necessary in the very essence of the matter, for example: chapter II and some paragraphs of chapter IV. In this book, algebraic, geometric and analytical methods in number theory are the subject of special abstracts.
