Josiah Gilbert Holland was an American writer, essayist, editor, poet, and spiritual mentor to the nation in the years after the Civil War. Holland has written books of a didactic nature, poems and historical writings. Katrina is a poem written by the American poet Josiah Gilbert Holland.
